The participant and/or guardian:

Knowingly and freely accepts all risks arising from instruction including all risks during instruction from the Sarnia School of Archery.

Agrees at all times to abide by the safety procedures, rules, regulations and directions from the Sarnia School of Archery staff, and to report any unusual activities or hazards observed to the staff of Sarnia School of Archery.

Releases the Sarnia School of Archery and any of its affiliates, employees, members, landowners, directors and officers from and waives for his/her/their executors, administrators, dependents, assignees or heirs, any and all rights and claims for damages, losses demands and any other actions whatsoever out of activities conducted through instruction or events hosted by the by the Sarnia School of Archery.

Agrees to indemnify and to hold harmless the Sarnia School of Archery, any of its employees, members, landowners, directors or officers from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, demands or lawsuits arising out of his/her/their presence at or use of said premises.

I have read this Release of Liability, I fully understand that participation in archery activities involves a certain degree of risk of injury. I have carefully considered the risks inherent in these activities and give my full consent for my child and/or group to participate in the activities at Sarnia School of Archery.

Refund Policy for 8 Week Session:

• Registration fee of $50 (per person, plus taxes) non refundable.


• Each class refund of $14.37 per remaining class, plus taxes.
